Travel Insurance - Important, Please Read!

We have developed a very simple process for our customers to obtain TravelInsurance with the specialist provider MPI Brokers. It is a condition of booking with Wildwind Holidays that you have travel insurance which must include certain elements of cover - in particular cover in respect of injury to yourself and liability cover in respect of injury to others whilst participating in the various sports and activities we offer.

Owing to a change in the law (governed by the FSA) we are no longer able to either provide Travel Insurance directly or recommend a policy to you.

We are, however, allowed to introduce you to our Brokers MPI whose policy meets our booking conditions on insurance. There is no requirement for you to book this insurance, you can source your own, however if you do not purchase the MPI insurance we ask you to supply us with details of your alternative policy together with confirmation that is meets our booking conditions.

Below is a short description of the policy and services provided by MPI and full details are contained on their website. In order to be covered for cancellation it is advisable to do this at the time of booking your holiday.

Claims - MPI Brokers has chosen a specialist claims handler who reports directly to us. While you are away, you will also have full support for medical emergencies via a 24-hour telephone number staffed by experienced coordinators.
